Courage
Although our readings at this time of year sound a little threatening and might put us in fearful position, we know as Christians that this not happening what God has planned for us. It is a challenge to read through these readings each day and not become discouraged. It is as if we are to think the worst. It is when we are in our darkest mood that we are to take courage. Courage in our faith.
God has something much better planned for us. We are to be encouraged with our faith and move forward knowing God walks with us. Jesus, His Son, made this same journey and so can we. The Kingdom of God awaits us. We are to believe, trust in God, and share our faith with others through the good works we do. Remember, do not let yourself become discouraged but take courage in faith to encourage others to live in God’s kingdom even now.
