Matzoh Bread (Unleavened Bread)

Equipment
- Cookie Sheet
- Rolling Pin
- Glass or cookie cutter
Ingredients
- 2 cups Wheat flour
- 2 cups White flour (sift first, then measure)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Cisco (Oil is easier to blend)
- 1 ¼ cup Water
Instructions
- Cut Crisco into flour and salt. Add water. Knead 10 minutes
- Wrap in plastic - let stand one hour.
- Roll out dough til you can't roll no more (about ⅛" thick or less)
- Cut with something about 2 ¾" size diameter (like a cookie cutter, or glass)
- Warm dough rolls best (warm in double boiler if you have one)
- Put on ungreased cookie sheet
- Use knife and put a cross in it, making sure not to cut all the way through (see the pdf attached below)
- Bake 5-7 minutes at 350°. When starts turning brown - Take out!
- Let cool
