Matzoh Bread (Unleavened Bread)
- 2 cups Wheat flour
- 2 cups White flour ((sift first, then measure))
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Cisco ((Oil is easier to blend))
- 1 ¼ cup Water

Cut Crisco into flour and salt. Add water. Knead 10 minutes

Wrap in plastic – let stand one hour.

Roll out dough til you can't roll no more (about ⅛" thick or less)

Cut with something about 2 ¾" size diameter (like a cookie cutter, or glass)

Warm dough rolls best (warm in double boiler if you have one)

Put on ungreased cookie sheet

Use knife and put a cross in it, making sure not to cut all the way through (see the pdf attached below)

Bake 5-7 minutes at 350°. When starts turning brown – Take out!

Let cool
