Boiled Potatoes with Parsley

  • 1 lb Potatoes
  • Parsley
  • Left over Chicken Oil
  1. Peel Potatoes

  2. Put in pot, covered with water

  3. Drain when done, save some of the water for gravy

  4. Mix Parley with a little of the chicken oil and sprinkle on potatoes in serving bowl
