Bene + Schola Parish Homeschool Group Welcomes Families for a New Year

As a new school year begins, Bene + Schola Parish Homeschool Group is excited to gather once again and welcomes new families to join this growing Catholic homeschool community.

Bene + Schola is a parent-led Catholic homeschool group created to give families an opportunity to connect, build friendships, share encouragement, and grow together in faith. Whether your family has been homeschooling for years, is just beginning the journey, or is simply considering homeschooling and would like to learn more, you are warmly invited to join us.

The group gathers on the first Friday of each month at Our Lady of Lourdes. These monthly gatherings offer homeschool families a chance to step outside their individual routines and enjoy the fellowship of other Catholic families who understand both the joys and challenges that come with educating children at home.

At the heart of Bene + Schola is the belief that homeschooling does not have to be something families do alone. Our parish community provides a wonderful place for parents and children to form relationships with others while keeping Christ and the Catholic faith at the center of family and education.

And you don’t need to have everything figured out before coming! Families who are currently homeschooling, those preparing to begin, and parents who are simply curious about whether homeschooling might be right for their family are all welcome.

We are looking forward to another year together and would love to see some new faces among us.
