Chris Janssen
Please welcome Chris Janssen to our Four Parish and School family as our Dir. Of Mission and Operations. Chris’ first day of employment was November 1. Janssen will have a slow transition into this new role as he shifts his current career as a Financial Advisor at Thrivent. During this six-month transition, Chris will be with us in a part-time capacity. Following the transition his schedule will adjust in conjunction with Thrivent.
Chris will be filling the existing Business Manager position with a new title (Dir. of Mission and Operations) that better communicates the work that he will be doing. Chris brings with him experience in development, strategic leadership, and vision planning. His work will align with the directive set forth by Bishop Powers in his most recent Maintenance to Mission initiative.
A little bit more about Chris:
Chris and his wife, Aleisha, and their daughter Gianna reside in Rice Lake. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Studies from Marquette University. After meeting in college, they moved to Rice Lake in 2011. Chris grew up in Little Chute, Wisconsin, the home of the Flying Dutchmen and Jack’s Pizza.
In Chris’ free time, he enjoys waterskiing, wakeboarding, barefooting (basically anything on the water) as well as building things with wood. He is looking forward to being a part of a team and community whose goal is to bring people into a deeper relationship with Christ. Welcome aboard, Chris!
