Pray For Me

Have you ever asked someone to pray for you? How did they respond? Yes, you are in my prayers. I will pray for you. Or something like that?

When you’ve asked someone to pray for you has anyone stopped what they were doing and immediately said a prayer for you? Yes, I mean right there, in the grocery store, on the street, at work, even on a Sunday.

Do you stop what you are doing and pray for someone who asks you for prayer to immediately offer a prayer for them? If not, why not? Is it because you are some place public? In a hurry and say you will later. Do you remember to pray for them later?

I see nothing wrong with saying a little prayer immediately when asked. Why not? I will still pray for them later but in the moment is best because the person who asked hears your prayer. There is great comfort and peace hearing someone pray for you. Healing and prayer are needed every day of the week.

May the Lord bless you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.  Amen
