Unborn Children

Today is the Day of Prayer for the Legal Protection of Unborn Children.

At every stage of life God calls us. We need to realize we have existence because God loves. Because God loves us He does not teach us to reach perfection in our skills and talents. He continuously teaches; we seek perfection in love. And even though life has it trials, sufferings, sickness and other infirmities, God’s love teaches us that all life is precious.

Every person is precious in the eyes of God. Whether you are very old or in the womb, you are precious. And if we are to truly love our neighbor we must learn to love and respect all life. Abortion rejects the idea that all life is precious and good. And those involved with this evil are impacted in a very negative way. Sin is not between you and God. Sin impacts many people. Countless children’s lives have been ended by abortion. Many women, men have also been impacted with this tragedy.

Now that Roe v Wade has been reversed, we cannot sit back and do nothing. First, many states are enacting their own abortion laws to make abortion legal. Our battlefront has been broadened. Second, those who have suffered abortion need our support in finding support. Third, pregnant women need our support. Fourth, we must educate all people that life is precious. We all must be part of working for a true end to abortion.

May the Lord bless you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.  Amen
