Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken Cut up into 8 pieces
- Potato Flakes
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- Chicken Broth
Instructions
- Cut Chicken into 8 pieces
- Using large trays, roll chicken pieces into potato flakes, both sides
- Sprinkle on Lawry's Seasoned Salt (both sides)
- Grease pans slightly with Chicken Fat
- Put chicken on large pans, and brown in oven, turn over when done - 350-375 for 1.5 hours. Watch closely
- Put chicken in roasters with some chicken broth, covered with foil on 200 and save juices for the gravy
